Future Product Days Awards 2026

After the registration you'll receive the link to the form to submit your nomination. Here is an overview of what you need to submit to join the race:

UX Nordic Award + AI-X Award

• A name for the solution
• Description of the solution – A written description of the solution. Shortly describe what the solution does, what problem it solves and how it stands out with respect to the mentioned criteria. (max. 1.500 words).
• Description of the process/method – A written description of the considerations and methods used when developing the solution. (max. 500 words).
• Link to a one-minute video presentation – Try as best as you can to give the jury an idea how the solution works in a short video. The video must not exceed 60 seconds. The quality of the video is not a criteria for the selection process.
• A representative picture of the solution and the company logo or a visual. – To be used on social media in case you make it to the final. Use a common format like jpg, png or webp.
• You can also send appendices – It should be no more than 5 pages, keep it visual.

Startup Pitches

• Name of the startup or project
• Description of the solution that your startup has developed – A written description of the solution. Shortly describe what the solution does, what problem it solves and how it stands out with respect to the mentioned criteria. You can also describe multiple products or solutions. (max. 1.500 words).
• Description of the start-up vision – A written description of your values and visions for the upcoming years. (max. 1.500 words).
• Link to a one-minute video presentation – Try as best as you can to give the jury an idea how the solution works in a short video. The video must not exceed 60 seconds. The quality of the video is not a criteria for the selection process. If you have multiple products, choose the one that you find most innovative and present only this one in the video.
• A representative picture of the solution and the company logo or a visual. – To be used on social media in case you make it to the final. Use a common format like jpg, png or webp.
• You can also send appendices – It should be no more than 5 pages, keep it visual.
• Your company and it's founding year
• A contact person

The admissions are open to companies who have created a digital solution that meet the criteria of the specific Award. The Startup Pitches are restricted to companies from Europe.

Participation fee is 45€ for all Awards and Competotions.

Criteria for the UX Nordic Award 2026

• You apply as a company or a design team of a company.
• Your company was the main part in designing and creating the digital solution that you are about to nominate.
• Your company is not affiliated with any of the Jury members of the UX Nordic Award 2026.

Criteria for the AI-X Award 2026

• AI is a substantial part of the solution.
• Your company was the main part in designing and creating the digital solution that you are about to nominate.
• Your company is still owner of the solution.
• Your company is not affiliated with any of the of the 2026 AI-X Award's jury members.  

Criteria for European Startup Competition 2026

• The company has been founded after 1 January 2024.
• The company is registered in a European country.
• The company is marketing a digital product where the main part of the development has been done in-house.
• The company is not affiliated with any of the 2026 Jury members.
