Lillian Gjerulf Kretz

Lillian Gjerulf Kretz is a respected Danish journalist and news correspondent, well-known for her expertise in American politics and society. With a robust career in journalism, Lillian has served as the United States correspondent for DR (Danmarks Radio), the Danish Broadcasting Corporation. In her role, she has covered significant political events, elections, and social issues, providing insightful analysis and on-the-ground reports. Her work not only brings critical perspectives on U.S. affairs to Danish viewers but also highlights the broader implications of American policies on international relations. Lillian’s reporting is valued for its depth, accuracy, and ability to engage and inform the public on complex issues.

Anic van Damme

Anic van Damme is a seasoned moderator and host with a strong foundation in journalism and a genuine passion for technology and innovation.She was a familiar face on Dutch television for many years, hosting programs for major broadcasters like NOS and National Geographic & Bright, the country’s biggest online tech platform.

Anic is highly sought after to lead events and conferences, having moderated for high-profile clients including Google, the United Nations Climate Convention, and Accenture. Her work in the podcast space has also been recognized, with several of the shows she hosted receiving nominations for the prestigious Dutch Podcast Awards. What truly drives Anic is a profound interest in innovations that can move our world forward. Her enthusiasm for technology and its incredible potential is infectious. She channels this energy directly into her audience, making every discussion dynamic and inspiring.

Phil Hall

Phil is on a mission to simplify complex ideas, connect people, and shine a spotlight on those with stories worth telling. With a background spanning BBC television and radio, communication design, and digital production, he has spent much of his career helping organisations share ideas in ways that truly resonate.

He is continually inspired by people’s expertise—and has lost count of how often this happens at Product Design Days 2025. In addition to last year’s event, Phil has moderated and interviewed business leaders for broadcasts and live events with organisations including Bloomberg, Wipro, The Index Project, Fifteen Seconds, and Aarhus Kommune. He thrives on the energy, curiosity, and honest conversations that emerge in these moments.

Phil works in design and strategy at Manyone, collaborating with colleagues and clients around the world to shape stories, tackle complex challenges, and uncover meaningful solutions. He is also a producer and presenter for Glastonbury Festival’s Worthy FM and Burning Man’s BMIR, and continues to write, podcast, mentor, and create wherever there’s a story waiting to be told.
