Your workshop will take place on-board a real Ferry, that is standing still.

City Tour
The guided city tour commences at 09:00 at the famous Frederiks Church (Marmorkirken, address: Frederiksgade 4, Copenhagen). Kindly arrive a few minutes prior to the start time and dress appropriately for the weather conditions.
Boarding - IMPORTANT ⚠️
Even though the ferry will not leave the harbour during the workshop, some maritime rules apply. In order to be able to enter the ferry you need:

Please note that food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.
There will be a broad variety of food trucks on-site in the garden where you can buy all kinds of food and beverages during the entire event. Vegan food will also be available.
Coffee, Water, and fruits will be available free of charge on both days.
The add-on events take place in different locations and a free lunch will be provided for all add-on events.

If you arrive by car, please mind that the parking space next to the venue is owned by a third party and parking requires payment through the EasyPark App. Please make sure you set the correct time as fines in Denmark are expensive.
The add-on events take all place at different locations spread across town.
Wednesday, workshops are half-day workshops and each holder of a Two-Day & UX Workshop Ticket has chosen two workshops.
It is not possible to swap workshops. There is no waiting list.
All Wednesday Workshops take place on 24 September at the Main Venue: The Train Workshop (Lokomotivværkstedet, Otto Busses Vej 5A, Copenhagen)
There will be clear instructions where to find your workshop.
The Morning Workshops are from 09:00-12:00 and the afternoon workshops are from 13:00-16:00.
Check-in is from 08:00. and the workshops will start shortly after 09:00 in the morning.
Please be sure which Workshop (number and name) you have signed up for in the morning and in the afternoon. If you are not sure which workshops you have signed up for, click on the link the in order confirmation email for a full order summary.
Although you might not need a laptop for every workshop, we generally recommend to bring a fully charged laptop if you are going to attend a workshop.

While it is not possible to get refunds for purchased tickets, you can always hand over a ticket from one person to another. You can do this yourself in the pretix ticket system, where you can also edit the invoicing address.
The Future Product Days 2025 will not be filmed or streamed.
