About this Session

Cognitive ergonomics focuses on designing systems that align with human mental capabilities and limitations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and well-being.

With the rise of AI-driven technologies, human-AI interfaces have become increasingly complex, presenting both opportunities and challenges for cognitive health. This study explores principles and strategies for designing AI interfaces that support optimal cognitive performance, minimize mental workload, and reduce stress and cognitive fatigue.

By integrating insights from psychology, neuroscience, and human-computer interaction, we propose a framework for creating intuitive, adaptive, and cognitively healthy AI systems that enhance user experience while safeguarding mental well-being.
