About this Session

Everyone is asking the same question about AI: how do we use it to do what we already do, but faster or cheaper? It's the wrong question. It's taking once-in-a-generation technology and using it to shrink yourself.

History tells a different story. When something gets cheaper and more capable, we don’t do less of it. We do far more. AI is the biggest growth lever your business has ever had, and treating it as a cost-cutting tool is malpractice. This talk is about asking a bigger question: what can you now build that was impossible a year ago? Speed alone won't get you there. You need to be more ambitious, have a clear strategy, and align your organisation behind it. Get that right, and AI isn't a threat to your strategy. It's the start of a software renaissance.
