As a Product Experience Designer at Framna, Aliz often designs for the people high-tech innovation tends to overlook: health professionals, logistics staff, administrators, caregivers — people who simply don't have time to figure things out. Her work is guided by calm, behavioural and ethical design principles, and driven by something even simpler than usability: dignity and fewer interruptions in someone's day.
A self-described stubborn idealist, she questions defaults and finds purpose in even the least glamorous projects. She has no patience for the "rockstar designer" myth and would rather be someone who's safe and energizing to collaborate with. She'll try every new tool that comes along, but one thing doesn't change: who she's designing for. Off the clock, she's the proud founder of the Framna Sweden Horror Club. And a word of advice: don't get her started on "dog people" vs. "cat people".
