Anders Stahlschmidt is originally a journalist with several years of experience as a leader in the media industry. Today, he works as an organizational consultant and conflict mediator, as well as an external lecturer in organizational psychology (MPO) at Roskilde University. Anders is a popular keynote speaker and the author of several books on communication, conflict management, and feedback.
