André Fangueiro started his career at the intersection of creativity, technology and business first in Porto, Portugal, and later Internationaly, where he has spent more than 20 years working with design, innovation and transformation.
With a background in multimedia, product design and design structures, his work has taken him across B2B, B2C, SaaS, MedTech, industrial, public sector and service-based ecosystems. He has contributed to projects and transformations for companies such as Canon, Nestlé, Giant Bicycles, Invacare, Laerdal Medical and Tieto.
Over the years, André’s focus has remained consistent: helping organizations turn ideas into business value. He has worked across product innovation, service design, design leadership, startup coaching, digital transformation and new ways of working.
Today, André is the founder of Human-Lab, an AI transformation partner helping organizations move from AI curiosity to measurable business outcomes.
Through Human-Lab, he helps companies identify high-value AI opportunities, redesign workflows, build practical agents and automations, train teams, and scale AI safely inside the tools and systems they already use.
He believes the real AI race is not about who adopts the newest tool first. It is about who redesigns work best.
