I work on AI experiences at eBay, where I spend a lot of time thinking about language, uncertainty, and how machines and people make sense of messy information. I studied communication and culture, which probably explains my long-standing obsession with how context shapes meaning and how easily it can fall apart. Since 2022, I’ve been focused on AI, after several years designing content for complex products, and trying to bridge the gap between tech and humans. I also mentor with the UX Writing Academy, which keeps me honest and shows me just how fast this field keeps moving.
