About the speaker

You know the super squiggly space in the process, where everything feels a little chaotic but full of potential? This is where Natalia likes to be: the messy middle between problem and solution. It’s where she digs into research, uncovers insights, maps what’s already known, and makes sense of user needs. And it’s also where she systematically turns ideas into concepts, journeys into blueprints and user flows, and vague ambitions into product visions. With 10+ years of experience across UX, service design, and product design, Natalia brings structure, process and clarity — without losing sight of purpose. She’s passionate about designing things that matter in the real world, for real people. Creativity and experiments spill into Natalia’s spare time as well - she’s always got several creative projects going on, from learning to knit and playing children’s songs on the guitar, to building LEGO sets and paint by numbers.
