Berlin, and a floor that finally matches the demand
FPD 2027 runs 22–24 September 2027 at the CityCube Berlin: three days, 20,000 m² of conference and exhibition space, five stages — and an exhibition floor considerably larger than the one we sold out in Copenhagen.
That growth isn't a marketing ambition, it's the trend line. 500 attendees in 2022. 1,200 in 2023. 2,100 in 2024. 4,000 in 2025. 2026 is tracking well beyond that, and for Berlin we are planning for more than 4,000 visitors per day. Moving to Messe Berlin is what that curve demanded.
The audience is what makes the floor worth standing on. Across 2025 and 2026, 44% of attendees are product designers and UX professionals, 25% are decision-makers, team leads and product managers, 13% are software engineers, with researchers and adjacent roles making up the rest. They come from more than 50 countries, and 70% now travel from outside the Nordics. Entire product teams, mostly from larger companies and enterprises, walking the floor with budget authority in the room.
What the new site actually does
It is not a brochure with a contact form. It is the booking tool:
- The real hall plan. An interactive, zoomable plan of Hall A with all 11 bookable areas — see where the stage is, where the lobbies and walkways are, and which spots catch the traffic.
- Four sizes, priced in square metres. Small (9 m²), Medium (20 m²), Large (36 m²) and XL for custom builds. Flexible space, not fixed units.
- Turnkey by default. Passes for your team, WiFi and power, your listing in the programme and on the website, your logo in the hall. Lead scanning and stand-build support are available on top.
- Add-ons where they matter. Lanyard logo, stage naming across the five stages, bar and lounge naming, registration desk branding, a sponsored speaker slot or a 60–90 minute workshop — each quoted individually.
- A booking flow that respects your time. Choose a size, tap a preferred area (or let us propose the best one), add what you need and send the request. You get a formal offer within 48 hours. The request is non-binding; nothing is signed until you accept the offer.
First movers get the good spots
Our 2026 exhibitors have first refusal on their space, so parts of the hall are already moving. Early pricing is deliberately kept low for the companies who commit first, and we expect it to rise as the hall fills. The best positions have never lasted long.
