If you are travelling from a country that requires a visa to enter Denmark, we are happy to provide you with an official invitation letter to support your application.
How to Request Your Letter
To receive your invitation, please send an email to our team at mail@westwerk.events.
In your email, please ensure you include all necessary personal information required by the Danish authorities for the invitation. This typically includes:
- Your Full Legal Name (as it appears on your passport)
- Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Company Name and Job Title
- Your Full Mailing Address
Once we receive your details, we will process your request and send the invitation letter back to you as soon as possible.
