Daniel Schougaard is a composer, music director andco-founder of Unmute. Daniel has an academic background in musicology where hespecialized in music composition and music and sound semiotics. After workingas a composer for TV and commercials Daniel has headed several different sonicbranding departments and even had a stint as CEO for the Danish division of aglobal creation agency, he partnered up with Simon Kringel to start Unmute. Daniel has created sonic identities for brands like Novo Nordisk, DR, DanskeBank, Arla, youSee and UCI.
