Henrik Harsbo is a Copenhagen-based UX Strategist and Digital Product Designer. Currently heading up UX & Design at PensionDanmark, he leads the team responsible for creating accessible digital experiences in the notoriously complex pension sector.
With over two decades in the enterprise space, Henrik has driven large-scale digital transformations across major institutions like Danske Bank, Nordea, and DFDS. His expertise lies in untangling dense, logic-heavy corporate systems and turning them into effortless consumer.
Henrik is deeply interested in how emerging technologies shape human behaviour. When it comes to AI, he advocates for a highly pragmatic approach. To him, the true benchmark of this technology isn't how magical it feels, but how seamlessly it merges into the interface to solve actual human tasks.
