John Haggerty is the co-founder and CEO of BiasHawk, an automated testing platform that finds the blind spots AI systems inherit from the humans who trained them.
AI learns from humans, absorbs their habits, and repeats them at a scale no person could. BiasHawk finds those patterns before they reach a customer, a candidate, or a regulator, with testing rooted in behavioral psychology. Before BiasHawk, John spent more than two decades leading product at startups, high-growth businesses, and enterprises, most recently as VP of Product Management at Points North.
He is also the founder of The PM Insider and an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University, where he teaches an MBA course on building AI products. John coaches teams through product discovery and speaks regularly at conferences including INDUSTRY: The Product Conference, the NY Product Conference, Applied AI, ITX Product + Design, and ProductCamp Twin Cities. He has also been a guest on podcasts such as The Product Experience, Product Momentum, Rocketship.fm, and the Future of UX.
