Steffen is responsible for Polestar’s strategy and business development, product portfolio, and brand representation in Denmark.
Holding an MSc in International Business from Copenhagen Business School (CBS), Steffen has more than 20 years of international experience in key positions with various automotive manufacturers across the EU. He has a strong passion for technology and has spent the past decade primarily working on electric vehicle strategy. During this period, he served for several years on the board of Danish e-Mobility and played a key role in the realization of the world’s first vehicle-to-grid (V2G) research projects and real-life implementations involving everyday car owners.
Steffen also has a keen interest in sustainability. In 2022, he complemented his extensive corporate experience by training and qualifying as a racing driver.
