The Conference Ends at Seven. The Conversations Don't Have To.
We’ve organised several bar gatherings in downtown Copenhagen for you and your colleagues to join if you’d like to meet up with other conference attendees.

We've organised two international gatherings and three language-specific ones on demand:
- International (English) — Tuesday 22 September and Wednesday 23 September
- German-Speaking — Tuesday 22 September
- Scandinavian-Speaking — Tuesday 22 September
- Dutch-Speaking — Wednesday 23 September
Each evening starts at 20:00 local time. You can absolutely mix and match — join the Scandinavian table on Tuesday and the international one on Wednesday if you like.
How it works
A ticket for the registration costs €9 and includes a bar voucher worth 60 DKK (approx. €8) — that covers your first drink* anything after that, you pay at the bar.
Why a ticket at all? Because large bar reservations in Copenhagen require that we guarantee for a number of drinks sold. Your registration is what makes the organisation of the evening possible. We book the bars based on final numbers, which also means: we'll announce the exact location to ticket holders shortly before the evening, and in rare cases it may change on short notice. We'll keep you posted by email.
*this is an estimate. 60 DKK covers about one glass of beer, wine or soft drink
