Venue

On 24 and 25 September, the Conference takes place at the Lokomotivværkstedet (Train Workshop) at Otto Busses Vej 5A, Copenhagen.

You can find hotel recommendations further down.

The add-ons on 26 September take place at different locations throught town. The precise address is stated on the attendee information page and in the Conference App.

Check-In

You can check the entire day with your ticket (on your phone or printed). For the full experience, we recommend to check-on between 08:00 and 09:00 in the morning.

Food & allergies

Please note that food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.

There will be a broad variety of food trucks on-site in the garden where you can buy all kinds of food and beverages during the entire event. Vegan food will also be available.

UX Workshops on Wednesday

There will be a variety of UX workshops offered on Wednesday, 24 September. Those workshops are half-day workshops and each holder of a Two-Day & Workshop Ticket can choose two workshops that day - given that there is still capacity.

60-minute Workshops on Thursday

Spots for the 60-minute workshops on Main Conference Day are limited and require advance booking. Booking will open a few weeks before the conference; we are unable to accept reservations before then and there is no guarantee to get a seat.

Event App

You can access the Event App through by clicking here

Changes to the Tickets

While it is not possible to get refunds for purchased tickets, you can always hand over a ticket from one person to another. You can do this yourself in the pretix ticket system, where you can also edit the invoicing address.

Streaming and recordings

The Future Product Days 2025 will not be filmed or streamed.
