For years we've designed products around a simple assumption: a person opens your app or website, navigates the interface, and gets something done. That assumption is breaking. AI agents are increasingly the ones visiting products — booking, comparing, purchasing, and integrating on behalf of the humans who sent them.
And agents don't behave like people. They don't fall for engagement-optimised design or persuasive marketing copy. They parse your product for one thing: can it do the job? If they can't find the capability quickly and clearly, they leave — and pick a competitor that made itself readable.
This is the agentic shift, and it's a forcing function for honesty. The products that thrive over the next twelve months will be the ones that made themselves legible to machines as well as to people. Most teams have no idea how their product looks through an agent's eyes right now.
That's exactly what this workshop fixes.
What you'll learn
In 90 hands-on minutes, together with your own live product, you will:
- Reframe your product for agents — understand the goal an agent is trying to accomplish on behalf of its human, and what it actually needs from you to succeed
- See your product as an agent sees it — run a live simulation comparing human discovery against agent discovery on your own site, and watch where the agent stumbles, skips, or gives up
- Diagnose your gaps — sort what you find into what's genuinely missing versus what's just noise (marketing language that means nothing to a machine), then score your readiness
- Build the case for change — leave with a one-page readiness map: your top three gaps, a readiness score, who needs to be involved, and the one-line argument for starting now
You'll walk away with a concrete artifact you can take straight to your leadership — not theory, but a prioritised plan built on your real product.
Who it's for: heads of product, strategists, designers, and developers who want to be ahead of the shift, not scrambling after it. Join solo or bring your team. Camera optional — a product URL is required.
