About this Session

Most development teams use AI as a faster version of themselves. But what happens when you take it all the way—and fundamentally change the foundation of how we build software?

In this talk, I share hands-on experiences from a team that moved from using AI as a support tool to letting it completely reshape how we work. I’ll walk through the practical journey from Phase 1 (AI writes code faster) to Phase 2 (AI changes what it means to be a developer)—with real examples of context engineering, AI agents in production, and the unexpected human challenges that arise when no one on the team writes code from scratch anymore.

This session is relevant for developers, tech leads, and designers who want to understand what AI transformation actually looks like in practice—and what it demands from them.
