Tey Bannerman is a former McKinsey Partner and has been named by LinkedIn as one of Europe's leading voices on practical AI adoption. He lstarted his career as a software engineer then designer at startups and studios, before going on to lead McKinsey's human-centred design practice and AI implementation work for almost a decade, guiding large organisations building and implementing AI products.
He is the creator of the Four Modes framework: a practical model used by thousands to help leaders and their teams understand where AI delivers genuine value in their work. He speaks at global conferences including World AI Festival and GenAI Summit Europe, and is co-author of The AI Revolution.
