This 75-minute hands-on session helps participants move beyond simply observing 'what' users are doing to understanding the 'why’ – the underlying human behavioral needs, motivations, and frustrations that drive their actions. Through a simplified approach - participants will learn how to simplify their data with a simplified behavioural framework to uncover key behavioural insights.
