About this Session
This workshop is free but requires prior registration through the event app. Registration will open on 1 September from 08:00 CEST in the morning. We will open another contingent of seats on conference day for late registrations. There will be three repetitions of this workshop throughout the conference. There is no guarantee to get a seat.
You’ve done the research. You have the insights. Now you need people to care - and actually act on them.
But instead of momentum, you get polite nods. Follow-up questions. Or decisions that go in a completely different direction.
Even strong research goes to waste when it’s presented in a way that’s too long, too vague, or too in the weeds. The problem isn’t the research itself - it’s how it’s communicated.
In this workshop, you’ll learn a clear, practical framework for turning a messy set of findings into a compelling story that creates alignment and drives action - with the people who need to act on it most.
Whether you're presenting to a cross-functional team, a skeptical stakeholder, or a time-strapped exec, you'll leave with the tools and confidence to make your research impossible to ignore.
What you'll learn
- Why even strong research often fails to influence decisions - and how to change that
- A simple framework for structuring research presentations with clarity and purpose
- How to go from insights to action - creating a clear path to product decisions
- How to build buy-in without overstating what you know
What we’ll do
- Work through a realistic findings set and turn it into a decision-ready presentation
- Apply a step-by-step presentation process across different audiences and stakeholders
- Leave with a reusable framework and template
Who it’s for
- Product designers, UX researchers, and product managers sharing research findings
- Anyone responsible for presenting insights and influencing decisions
- Teams who feel like their research is solid - but not landing or driving action
